This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

With 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, Windy "C" A sleeps 18 guests. The house is oceanfront and is pet-friendly. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 18-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation. With 5 bedrooms, it helps to agree on sleeping arrangements before you arrive. The maximum occupancy is 18 guests, so keep that number alongside the bedroom count when deciding who will join the trip and how everyone will share the accommodation.
From the balcony, the view is oceanfront. It adds a reason to linger for a while rather than fill every moment of your visit with an activity. After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. Location, location, location! Beautiful property with direct beach access and private parking. Large enough for the entire family to have their own personal space, while the large beautiful dining table fit us all, making family meal time extra special. Cannot wait until next year.
