Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Summer Fun was exactly as advertised. Close to the beach, and a great family friendly vacation spot. We will definitely be back.
We love the beach house. We have rented this one before and always enjoyed it. The updated deck and deck chairs are wonderful.
The service man that came out to assist a problem was great. Elliott was on top of our issues and made our vacation a memorable one.
Enjoyed your house. Perfect for our family. It would have been great to have a half bath on the premises. The porch was wonderful. It was like another room. Will use Elliott again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! The location was ideal with very easy access to the beach. The house was well equipped and the kitchen had almost everything we needed (i like hot tea in the morning so a kettle for boiling water would’ve been a nice addition). I would highly recommend this house and will definitely consider renting this property again should we find ourselves in the area.
