This is a family rental property located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Four parking passes are also included with your rental.  

Families will enjoy the spacious living room, which includes a wraparound couch and comfortable recliner. Gather for a family movie night and watch the latest Blockbuster on a 60’ smart TV. The kitchen is organized so that most things you need line one side of the kitchen, including the counters, sink, dishwasher, and stove. On the other side of the kitchen is a large refrigerator and pantry for storing all ingredients, drinks, and snacks. Each bedroom has a window and dresser so you can easily unpack and unwind. Pack light and use the in-unit washer and dryer, which sits in a separate laundry area. Don’t forget to bring your laptops or tablets to connect to the complimentary WIFI. Ward off rainy day boredom while streaming your favorite shows, playing online games, or connecting on social media. There is also a flatscreen TV in each bedroom.
