This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Happy times can always be found at the beach. Pearls & Pennies is in the center of one of the best parts of the beach, the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. You can bring the whole family, including your furry family member! The house is pet-friendly and the refundable pet deposit is $300. This beach house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as spacious living areas.
Enjoy such amenities as central heat and air and a washer and dryer. There is a full kitchen to help make mealtime easier. There is even a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There is a four-season sun room. This space is comfortable and allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the year. There is also an outdoor patio with a streetside view. Use the mini charcoal grill to help expand your meal options. This area is great for dining al fresco and having a summer cookout.
Entertaining amenities include WiFi and flatscreen TVs. Play a game of one-on-one using the basketball goal. Have a family corn hole tournament and use the corn hole boards thoughtfully provided. The beach is just a quick walk away. Take advantage of the wide, sandy beach and the cool water at your feet. Relax, feel the ocean breeze, and build amazing sand art. It is the perfect place for children of all ages.
