Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Want to vacation at the beach but stay in a house, not a noisy hotel? Ocean Grove 305, a North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, rental house, is just what you need. Located a few rows from the beach in the Windy Hill section, this three-bedroom, two-bath smoke-free rental house will accommodate guests for a week or longer. Monthly winter rates are also available. The house is a short three-minute walk from the beach. It would be easy to pack a bag and spend the day on the sand.
Ocean Grove 305 has two stories and ceiling fans throughout to circulate the central heat and air for you. Cozy furniture greets you in the living room and invites you to sit down and relax. A balcony upstairs is accessible from two of the bedrooms and will give you an outdoor spot to relax and enjoy the salty ocean air. The rental house has DVD players and flatscreen CCTVs, so everyone will be well entertained. There is also WIFI access allowing you to connect with your friends on social networks.
The kitchen in Ocean Grove 305 has ample counter space to allow the home chef to create tasty meals for the whole family. The cupboards can hold a variety of breakfast treats and snacks, so you won’t need to run to the store constantly. There is also a Weber Kettle Grill available for you to cook juicy burgers and steaks outdoors. When you are ready for a swim, the outdoor community pool is large enough to swim laps in or just float around and enjoy the sunshine. The little ones will like splashing in the kiddie pool too. Relax in the bubbly hot tub after a long day of walking and sightseeing.
