This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
This quaint beach cottage will provide a serene and relaxing backdrop to your spectacular beach vacation. A group of seven will surely feel comfortable within this two-bedroom rental.
Inside you’ll find hardwood flooring in the living room along with plush furniture, three flatscreen TVs, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. After a long day at the beach, be sure to stop by for a dip in the outdoor community pool before heading inside. The kitchen area contains full-size appliances for prepping your own meals as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space for placing supplies. The back patio is a great place to relax with its outdoor table and chairs for swapping stories over a warm meal or cold drinks.
Myrtle Beach is known for its many championship golf courses, family attractions, and great dining options. Plan a trip and see what all of the fuss is about.
