This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Life will be anything but rough when you stay at Diamond in the Ruff, a luxury oceanfront beach rental house in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This fantabulous house, located in the Cherry Grove secction of North Myrtle Beach, is the ultimate in style and comfort, with eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms and a half-bath. You and up to 25 of your best friends or family members can have the vacation of a lifetime in the lap of luxury.
Diamond in the Ruff has beautiful, easy-to-maintain hardwood floors throughout the rental house that is decorated in soft beachy colors and filled with comfortable, plush furniture. The open floor plan means you can be in the living room and enjoy a conversation with friends in the kitchen and dining room areas. The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream – with a Viking double oven and stove, stainless-steel appliances and a huge refrigerator, it has everything you will need and more. Gorgeous granite countertops form a huge island that is perfect for prepping, serving and dining at. The wet bar area has a mini fridge and all needed glassware.
Each bedroom in Diamond in the Ruff has its own distinct personality. There are three rooms with king beds (two have oceanfront access to the balcony); three bedrooms with two queen beds in each; and two bedrooms with four extra-large single built-in bunkbeds in each. Each room is quite large, has a ceiling fan and has its own flat-screen television and DVD player. Throughout the unit, there are 10 flat-screen TVs and DVD players.
There is also a game room with a Foosball table and arcade-style video games for when you need a break and want to challenge each other to a game. Wireless Internet access is available so you can post all the fun on your social media. The fun doesn’t end inside Diamond in the Ruff though. Outside you have a private pool to splash around in. Great stay!
House was just as described & shown in pictures- Beautiful! (it would have been helpful if the layout would have been noted so we could figure out bedroom setups ahead of time- called office/emailed & customer service didn't know). House positives were that it was walkable to the IGA/liquor store/souvenir shop & the walkway to beach was right there! The patio was fantastic, kitchen was spacious, and it had 2 refrigerators- huge plus! Negatives were the irregularity of the shower temps, a few stove issues & only 1 way in/out of house. Overall, loved the house for a large group!
