Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Beach Break sleeps 20 guests. Beach Break has an oceanfront location. The property has a pool. A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. The washer and dryer let you handle laundry where you are staying. You can wash a small load as needed rather than building your whole packing list around the length of the trip. The balcony has an oceanfront view, giving you a place to pause and take in the water between the other parts of your day.
After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. I love this beach and have rented and owned from one end of the Tilghman section to the other. This house was so comfortable. I especially loved “no steps”! The kitchen was really well furnished, beds comfortable, porch delightful . Thank you for 3 wonderful weeks 😎

We enjoyed our time at Beach Break immensely! We were very comfortable and the pool and beach. There were nine of us and room for more. The kitchen is well equipped for much larger groups. The washer and dryer made were added conveniences. There are restaurants and entertainment within easy driving distances. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Please add more lighting to the pool area , but other than that we had a wonderful time beautiful home
A wonderfully updated classic beach house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Break. This home reminds you of beach stays in the past, yet is nicely updated and very well appointed. The rooms were large and comfortable, including the beds. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well stocked. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom with the balcony. It was a great place to sleep and hang out. The amenities are very nice with a relaxing screen porch. The pool was the star of the show as it is big enough for a large group and was very clean. We will definitely use this house again when staying in North Myrtle.
