Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The balcony is a favorite place to relax and the easy beach access from Seashells by the Seashore means you will likely spend as much time outside on the beach as you relax inside in and around the theater room. The Atlantic Ocean glistens in the near distance. Watch the sunrise over the oceanfront and build sandcastles near the edge of the water with the kids.
