This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

A perfect kitchen with divine granite counters and full size stainless appliances will make you feel right at home. Kick off the shoes and relax at Once Upon a Tide, where hardwood flooring is throughout. There are flatscreen CCTVs, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and even WIFI for your use during a vacation. Book early for this one if you are planning a winter retreat. Did we mention your view at Once Upon a Tide from the outdoor balcony, which extends out towards the saltmarsh channel that is just around the corner from the Atlantic Ocean? Everything went well. Very close to the beach. Very comfy house.
Love, love this place. It was CLEAN, well stocked with supplies and every appliance worked beautifully. Quiet neighborhood. Lived the Buffalo head ducks and turtles in the pond. Stayed almost 2 months but had a break in weather to go home. ( western Colorado). It was great!
Great stay! Super informative host and always responsive. Absolutely no issues before or during our stay.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying in the house again. The house was clean and well equipped. The mattresses were comfortable. We have rented through Elliott Realty several times and always had good experiences.

Nice, clean, great location, plenty of room. It was a family affair with my children and grandchildren. Had an amazing time, there was a puzzle available and all the kids took time together and bonded with their families over the puzzle and jaunts to the beach! Loved it and for a grandma, it was memories to last a life time. Hoping to make it a family tradition
