Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

You Only Live Once (Yolo) has 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom and sleeps 30 guests. The house is oceanfront. You Only Live Once (Yolo) is pet-friendly for 2 small dogs. The property has a 17X35 pool that can be heated for a fee. You will also find a hot tub. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 30-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day. With a game room among the amenities, there is another reason to leave some time open at the property. Make room for a game between the other parts of your day. The balcony has an oceanfront view, giving you a place to pause and take in the water between the other parts of your day. Everything was perfect
We very much enjoyed the week at YOLO with our family. The manager of the property, Sherry, was fantastic and friendly! We had a small issue with a breaker in the house and it was promptly fixed and Sherry followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. One suggestion I would make is to provide hand towels in the linens for the bathroom and maybe kitchen towels for drying dishes. Overall, would definitely recommend and return!
Clean, big, beautiful beach view.
Beautiful spacious home with terrific views of the ocean. Great for big families to gather. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool.
Our family of 17 stayed at YOLO for one week and had a wonderful experience at this property. The property was clean and seemed to be well maintained. We would stay here again.

Great house
A great space for a family reunion. There were a few essentials that would have been helpful- over mitts, dish towels, and better light by beds— additionally bed side tables for both sides of bed would have been nice. The hot tub did not work for a few days but the company was very responsive.
YOLO was exactly what our group of 12 needed for a great fall vacation golfing. We had everything we needed to cook, have fun and relax. We would absolutely stay at YOLO for our next trip to N Myrtle.
As a fellow beach house owner, i'll be harsh, but for the better of this phenomenal property. we hosted a 50th birthday golf weekend for 16 people at this property - what a place! first of all, the pictures suck! meaning, they don't do this place justice to how much better it actually is, tell the owner to get a frickin decent photographer! We loved this house!!!!!!!!!!
