This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Unleashed is a wonderful pet-friendly home (with a $300 refundable deposit) that can comfortably accommodate your family with its three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The rental is only a short walk (or golf cart ride!) away from the beach making it convenient to tow the family, including your favorite furry friend and your belongings along easily.
Inside this relaxing pet-friendly retreat, you will find numerous amenities to make your North Myrtle Beach vacation a memorable one. With numerous TV's, you can stay caught up on your favorite shows or games. Post your vacation photos on your social media and make all your friends and relatives jealous or surf the internet to make reservations at the 100's of restaurants in the area, or even a tee time at one of the local championship golf courses. For something very unique, lounge and savor your favorite beverage in the speakeasy room of this beach house. Imagine the conversations that will be had!
With all the amenities at the house, don't forget about the reason you are here - the Beach! Wash away the hours lounging in a comfortable beach chair as you jam out to your favorite beach playlist. Stay cool, even during the dead of summer, with a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy some quality time with your kids flying colorful kites in the strong ocean breeze. As the setting sun paints the sky in brilliant shades of violet and pink, return to your channel home to wash the sand off your body using the convenient outside shower before readying yourself for an action-packed night on the town.
