This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The property has a pool that can be heated for a fee Mar-May and Oct-Nov only. Keep the 9-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The 2 bathrooms are worth considering as you organize your group’s daily routines. Some travelers may be ready to start the day early, while others may prefer a slower morning. A little planning around shared schedules can keep the practical side of the stay straightforward.
The balcony has a street-side view. It gives you an outdoor vantage point when you want to pause between the other parts of your day. Interior details include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You will also find picnic table. The living room has a 60-inch CCTV, all TVs are smart TVS with streaming. The beach access is a short walk.

Felt right at home, and fit my family of 8!
Our stay was overall enjoyable. Our kids loved the property, bunk beds, the pool, games. It was very homey and everything was in working order. Overall satisfied and loved the location area and stay. Being a min walk to the beach was great for little kids.

Fantastic place!
This was the 2nd year we stayed here . 7 adults toddler and an infant this year and we all love it . The private pool and hot tub allows us all to hangout without worrying about anyone being in the way. House has everything you need . Only wish the back had a privacy fence because people are always stopping and asking to swim and stuff,and that access to the pool was from the top deck and not just from the front. Minor wishes. Overall perfect for our family.
This was a beautiful home that fully met our family’s needs. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants just up the road. This was a great vacation spot. When we had a slight issue the management was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay.

Totally Beachin…. And that’s what we did! We stayed a week at Totally Beachin with my husband and I and our kids (21 and boyfriend and 4 1/2 year old) and had a great week. The house was everything we wanted and more. The pool and hot tub are great and was an easy walk to the beach. We would do the beach in the morning and stroll back to the house in the afternoon for lunch and pool time. House was easy access to the food store and activities as well as venturing out. My daughter and her boyfriend did Charleston one day and we went to murrells inlet and surf side area to visit family.
