This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Time together in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach starts with the details at The Beach Club, a house vacation rental with an oceanfront location. The Beach Club has 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom and sleeps 26 guests. The property has a pool that can be heated Mar, Apr, May, Sep & Oct for a fee. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 26-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. With a game room among the amenities, there is another reason to leave some time open at the property. Make room for a game between the other parts of your day.
An oceanfront balcony view is a distinctive part of the stay. Leave some time in your plans simply to enjoy that outlook. Having a dishwasher makes a practical difference during a shared stay. It helps you keep up with dishes without spending every meal break washing them by hand. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The property has an elevator. When you are organizing bags for arrival and departure, that is a helpful amenity to have on your planning list. Leave a little time for the balcony, too. A quiet break outside or a conversation with someone in your group can be just as enjoyable as the day’s bigger plans. Those small moments are often the ones you remember afterward. Beach Club is a lovely home! Bedrooms were very nice, bathrooms in bedrooms very nice.kitchen had all utensils for making meals.Kitchen area family room plenty room to accommodate 18 family members.
Everything seems nice and clean, the beds are well made
The property is absolutely stunning. We stayed in this house when it was brand new in august 2023. The house is amazing and I can’t wait to stay here next year. The pool and hot tub are top tier

Fantastic. We had an interest in the US Open Golf Tournament so the upstairs game room/TV was great for that and had a great view. 50 steps over the boarded walkway to the beach was also great.
Everyone (Sheila in particular) has been great. We had a minor issue and it was quickly resolved and followed up on. The house is great!
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house! It was perfect for our annual family vacation! This house was by far the best we have rented.
We had a wonderful time, beautiful home, we needed more parking passes and Elliott Realty was very polite when we voiced our concerns.
