Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Slow M’Ocean provides ground-level entry under the carport, where you’ll enter the first floor that contains oak wood floors and plush furniture such as the couch, love seat, and two swivel chairs. The living room has balcony access, where you have a wonderous view and a porch swing to unwind.
The rental is equipped with stainless appliances and a washer and dryer. The front bedroom also has balcony access as well as a 40” Samsung Smart CCTV for your entertainment. Two of the bathrooms have a step-in shower with a seat, while the master bedroom offers both a step-in shower and a luxurious bathtub.
Outdoors, you’ll have a gas grill for preparing homemade family meals and an outside shower for rinsing off any sand you’ve collected from the beach. Slow M’Ocean is located in a quiet neighborhood and is situated on a dead-end street for a serene and relaxing experience. Escape to this magnificent beach home today!
