This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The game room adds an activity option without making every part of the visit an outing. It is a place to include some shared play with a pool table, arcade games, shuffleboard table and ping pong table in your vacation schedule. Guest Reviews
This is a beautiful home! The young people really enjoyed the magnificent pool that they had and the outdoor seating area was so nice too. The bedrooms were spacious and had large TVs which we really enjoyed. Also, the elevator really came in handy, especially for carrying up groceries. It was a dream home and we can’t wait to go back. The beach was really close to just a short walk.
Not many places can boast having a water view on both sides of the house. Kids loved the game room and the outdoor kitchen by the pool was perfect.
