This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Live life large at Savage Sands, a spacious six bedroom, five and one half bath vacation house that is just a block from the beach. Eight parking spaces are available for your crowd at Savage Sands. A beautifully manicured lawn, palms and verdant trees surround the large outdoor pool, sundeck and hot tub. In addition, an outside shower provides refreshment after a sunny afternoon at the beach and a charcoal grill adds pizzazz when you prepare some of our succulent South Carolina seafood.
This luxury beach house offers the convenience of an elevator, and stylish decor and sunny coastal colors welcome you to your South Carolina retreat. Contemporary wood tone floors and an open concept are only part of the upgrades that you would expect in this family friendly house. There are plenty of entertainment options with flatscreen CCTVs, a Wii game system, and a pool table. Of course, your rental features WIFI, enabling you to follow your social media and to peruse the fabulous Myrtle Beach attractions nearby. Some of your guests may prefer lingering conversations or a good book on the spacious covered porch overlooking the pool. This delightful outdoor space with table and chairs also invites alfresco dining in the salty South Carolina breeze. In addition, two covered front porches offer pleasant spaces for relaxing.
With a large crowd, somebody is always hungry, and you will enjoy the well-appointed kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, a pull up breakfast bar and plenty of cupboards and counter space. We loved this house , the size was perfect for a family of 15 , including 7 children ages 2-12 . The beach is walking distance from the house and close to many attractions. Our family had a perfect vacation! Would definitely rent again .
Hot tub was not working when we arrived but Elliott Realty came and fixed it right away. Beautiful stay.
We visited Myrtle Beach for a group golf trip and our accommodations were PERFECT!!! The house matches the listing to a T. All the amenities, the location, the space was perfect for our group!!
Our stay was really enjoyable. There were some issues with the spa but Elliot was on top of it and it was fixed and we really enjoyed it.

Nice big house was perfect for our 5 families. Short walk to the beach. Nice hot tub & pool.
This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our extend family. It was perfect distance from the beach. We also rented a golf cart for the week to explore cherry grove. Our children loved the lights in the pool. We will be returning.
House is lovely, beautifully decorated. Well laid out. Proximity to beach was great. Quiet area.
