This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Sanctuary puts an oceanfront location on your vacation agenda at this house in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. Sanctuary has 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom and sleeps 24 guests. The property has a 15X28 pool that can be heated for a fee and a kiddie pool. Families can include children pool time in their plans and choose how it fits with the rest of the day. Keep the 24-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. The game room with ping pong, fridge and 58-inch TV adds an activity option without making every part of the visit an outing. It is a place to include some shared play in your vacation schedule. From the furnished balcony, the view is oceanfront. It adds a reason to linger for a while rather than fill every moment of your visit with an activity. Having a dishwasher makes a practical difference during a shared stay. It helps you keep up with dishes without spending every meal break washing them by hand.
Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation. Interior details include granite and quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. You will find a double shower and sink in primary bedroom baths. Great placed, access to everything was great. The view of the ocean was awesome.
This was a wonderful stay! There were some weather related delays getting in, and Elliot Realty was wonderful about being flexible with check in and making sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The Sanctuary is a beautiful home. This place was absolutely perfect!! It meets all the needs of a large family. Everything from pots and pans , utensils, plenty of dishwasher was available. Equipped with 2 fridges, microwaves and dishwashers is a plus. Very clean and very well maintained!! This place is yours Sanctuary away from home. Definitely coming here again. Elliott Beach Rentals staff have all been phenomenal & have helped make our vacation everything it was intended to be. We will definitely recommend Elliot Beach Rentals to our friends and family and we are already planning our next trip!
House is nice but needs some TLC!
