This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Ruby Waves sleeps 10 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The property has a saltwater pool and a hot tub. Keep the 10-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. The washer and dryer let you handle laundry where you are staying. You can wash a small load as needed rather than building your whole packing list around the length of the trip.
The balcony offers an ocean view. It is a place to take a break and enjoy that outlook without making a separate outing part of your plans. The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. You will also find WII gaming system. Features include detached seating area with a bathroom. The living room has a 42-inch HDTV with WIFI. You will find HDTVs with built in WIFI in bedroom. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach The beds were comfortable The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies
Overall, the place was really nice. Four bedrooms with an optional could be a fifth bedroom downstairs if you put a air mattress in it nice quiet area within walking distance to the beach.
Nice house. Great location, pool was fun, and master bedroom mattress was awesome!!! I slept like a baby. May need pressure washed outside in the future. I’m not from here and not sure how being this close to the ocean affects that.
Home was pretty but could use some updates. Had listed there were 5 bedrooms but only has 4 and a room downstairs we didn’t use. The pool and hot tub were great and loved them! Beach short walk away and lots of eating places and shopping close by! Overall the family vacation was nice!
The customer service was great!
We are ready to go back!!!
