This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Bring your vacation plans to Crescent Beach, North Myrtle Beach, where the house Pineapple Palace features an oceanfront location. With 10 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, Pineapple Palace sleeps 40 guests. The house has a saltwater pool and an 8ft in ground hot tub. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 40-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day. With a game room among the amenities, there is another reason to leave some time open at the property. Make room for a game between the other parts of your day. From the balcony, the view is oceanfront. It adds a reason to linger for a while rather than fill every moment of your visit with an activity. The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans.
A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The property has an elevator. The week of 7/4-7/11 proved to be the “Pineapple” of our summer thus far!! With 4 children ages 11-6 this home couldn’t have a better layout. Swimming pool was super being large and with the safety ledge was our favorite place at the Palace!! Large rooms, two fridges and much counter space made our visit so nice!! Much enjoyable visit. Also being very close to the beach was terrific!!
Beautiful beach home. All of us loved it.
Pineapple Palace was perfect for our large group in town for my niece's graduation! The elevator allowed our elderly parents to enjoy and be a part of the celebration. The views and beach access are excellent! Beautiful sunsets every night! Location is perfect as well. I also appreciated the roominess and the multiple appliances. However, the furniture, bedding, etc., all need to be replaced.
Great location, great layout for large gatherings. All amenities you can think of! Very Clean! Interior painting in some rooms needed. Plenty of seating, plenty of open space and good sized bedrooms.

The place was wonderful and we ill go back, the elevator was down and we needed it for our older guests. But we had a great time.
Pineapple palace was everything we were looking for. Between the pool, beach front access, and spacious interior, it was great!
My husband and I and our 5 married adult children and their families enjoyed our vacation here very much. We loved being so close to the beach and really enjoyed the swimming pool. We didn't know the house had an elevator before we arrived, which was good because we were not too disappointed when it often did not work. Thankfully, it did work when we arrived and unloaded our van and it did work when we loaded our van for our departure. We had 10 grandchildren there, ages 1 to 12, and they really enjoyed the house. very clean when we arrived so kudos to the cleaning crew.
House is big and a floor plan would be great online or printed out in the home. Beautiful home just needs to have better mattresses.
We are so lucky to have found this property! It was the perfect spot for spending a long weekend with good friends from all over. The living spaces (kitchen, living room, and bonus room on the fourth floor) were perfect for our party of 21 - everyone was comfortable and we could be together without being on top of one another. This is one of the few houses we've stayed in where the bedroom configurations works well for adults or kids, no worrying about bunk beds. Check-in was an absolute breeze and we had no issues with the property during our stay. The kitchen is decently stocked with cookware, but be prepared to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!
