A camera in the front on the house that captures the driveway and front street; a camera in the screened porch that captures the inside of the porch and side yard with grill. There is a camera in the back under the soffet that captures the entire pool area outside. This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The details of Pearls By The Sea begin with a pool and a house vacation rental setting in Atlantic Beach. Pearls By The Sea has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom and sleeps 12 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The property has a pool that can be heated for a fee. Must give 48 hours notice if pool heated wanted. Keep the 12-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom are worth considering as you organize your group’s daily routines. Some travelers may be ready to start the day early, while others may prefer a slower morning. A little planning around shared schedules can keep the practical side of the stay straightforward.
After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. Features include fenced in backyard. This property is beautiful , cozy and very welcoming. Location was perfect, maybe about 3-5 mins walk to beach, quiet neighborhood, master bedroom was beautiful and master bath was impressive.

Our family had a great time at Pearl by the Sea in Atlantic Beach! We have small children, so we would divide while some stayed on the beach the others laid by the pool. Our youngest also learned how to swim in the wonderful private pool.

I had a wonderful time at Pearls By the Sea! It’s an absolutely beautiful property with all the comforts of home. The pool is so clean and the temperature was perfect. It’s so close to the ocean that you can see it. I absolutely loved the brownies and learning the history of Atlantic Beach. I can’t wait to return. This will be an annual tradition for my friends and family.

Our stay was nothing short of magical. This home offered everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We loved having the option to BBQ, which we used on one of our evenings. The setup was great for a movie night, with a cozy living area, and the ability to sign into streaming services, allowing us to unwind and enjoy some great films together. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The high-speed WiFi kept us connected. A highlight included the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets at the beach; just a short walk from the house, carrying provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Locals shared history, adding a rich cultural layer to our vacation. 10/10!
Everything was as perfect as we saw online! The house was exactly like the pictures but better because the location was incredible. Only 100 feet from the Ocean. Our unforgettable moments were the beach. It was only a block away so we walked there everyday. We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch every morning having our coffee outside. Pearls by the Sea was the best house we have stayed at in the North Myrtle Beach Area. The layout of the house is perfect. No stairs! The pool and patio area provided relaxing time in the afternoon. Also the brownies! WOW! The beach was so close and not crowed.
