This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach is the setting for One Happy Place, a house vacation rental whose appeal begins with an oceanfront location and a pool with spillover spa. This house has 7 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. One Happy Place sleeps 23 guests. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 23-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. The balcony has an oceanfront view, giving you a place to pause and take in the water between the other parts of your day.
A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. Elevator service adds convenience when you are arriving with bags or bringing belongings back after a day out. It is one of the practical features that helps with the daily rhythm of a visit. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill. Leave some time for a meal or a break outside as part of your visit.

The house is beautiful and the location is fantastic.
Very good house rental worth every dollar.
Perfect house for large family. Easy walk onto beach. Private Pool & hot tub kept teens near. House large enough that we were not on top of each other. Two refrigerators together were nice. Would recommend for a large family.

We absolutely loved our stay at One Happy Place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. You can tell it’s a place that’s cared for. We left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
Great floor plan. Nice to have upper bunks for the kids. Awesome deck with rocking chairs. Nice pool and hot tub. Loved having a big kitchen island with two refrigerators. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at One Happy Place July 2025.. House layout, balconies, pool & hot tub, and beach view and access were exceptional. Would have liked midweek garbage pickup and another washer/dryer

Our entire experience was great! Check-in was a breeze and not complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The house was phenomenal. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately by the agency. 10 out of 10! See you 2025!
Our second stay at One Happy Place, enjoyed both stays. Had a few minor issues, but Ellliot BR had repair crews out on the Memorial Day holiday to take care of them. All in all a great place for a large group to stay.
VIP treatment at all levels of the company. And somehow they always deliver GREAT weather. We will be back.
