This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Octopus Alley sleeps 12 guests. The house is in a channel location. Octopus Alley is pet-friendly for a 50 pound pet. Keep the 12-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation. With 4 bedrooms, it helps to agree on sleeping arrangements before you arrive.
