This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Nixon Cottage sleeps 9 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. Nixon Cottage is pet-friendly. Pet must be crated when left unattended. No pets in the pool. The property has a saltwater pool with tanning ledge. Keep the 9-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day. The balcony has a street-side view. It gives you an outdoor vantage point when you want to pause between the other parts of your day. The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans.
A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The living room has a 60-inch TV. You will also find one block from Boulineau's. You can walk to restaurants, ice cream shop and the beach. Guests must abide by pet rules or will face eviction. Parking for three cars only. The pool is heated April, May, Sept, October. Please only one pet under 25 pounds allowed.
Make the balcony part of your daily routine, whether you pause there before an outing or return for a little quiet time afterward. We enjoyed our stay as always in Myrtle Beach. The cottage had a great location and the heated pool was awesome once we got it turned on. It was within walking distance of the shops and beach. Beautiful area and everyone is always so friendly. We even got to see dolphins playing in the ocean
This is an older home. Things are not going to be perfect. Overall it works for my family.
We enjoyed a relaxing Family vacation @ our Nixon Cottage. We had a few issues while we were there, but they were resolved quickly with the help of the rental company.
Everything is great.
We enjoyed our stay but the best part was the pool was heated and we got to enjoy some nights of swimming
This house has a great pool and is in a good location. It is dated and needs some updates.
