This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Bring your vacation plans to Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach, where the duplex Nittany South features a private pool. With 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, Nittany South sleeps 16 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. For a group of up to 16, those accommodation details give you a clear starting point for organizing the stay and deciding who will share bedrooms.
A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler.
The indoor jetted tub adds an option for winding down. Leave a little time in the evening to pause before turning your attention to tomorrow’s plans. The game room adds an activity option without making every part of the visit an outing. It is a place to include some shared play in your vacation schedule. Interior details include granite countertops. The living room has a 55-inch smart TV. The primary bedroom has a 42-inch smart TV. Recreation features include ping pong table. 4 star property!
We Love this property! The location is perfect for beach views and access. The pool is amazing. The house is large with plenty of room when you need to be indoors. Smart TVs in every room is awesome. Plenty of fridge space with the extra bar area in the lower level. Lots of natural light. Very high ceilings on all levels. Ceiling fans everywhere. Tons of room in each space with plenty of bathrooms! The beds and furniture are getting old and aren't comfortable. Some of the mattresses on the beds are just unusable do their poor condition. The couches are well past their useful life and need replaced. The kitchen needs new/more pots and pans, baking/cooking utensils, and better knives/silverware. We have stayed here the past 3 years and this house has served our family well. The beds and couches would be the only thing keeping us from booking for next year right now.
The good: Great location, Nice layout, View is great, Pool House was pretty clean
The house sleeps plenty but only 4 spots are allotted.
The house is good and we love it but the mattresses need to be changed out.
Great stay and location!
We did have a fantastic vacation and look forward to returning next year to North Myrtle Beach as we have been doing the last several years.
