This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
My Beach House will be the perfect vacation home for your North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina vacation. The Ocean Drive Beach area location places you close to all the fantastic attractions of North Myrtle Beach. You will be within a five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches, a quick six-minute stroll to Main St., and all sorts of other attractions are within a short distance. To add to the convenience, you will have access to three parking spots, and golf carts are an option in this area of town.
This updated home comes fully furnished and can sleep ten in its spacious three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bathroom layout. With access to ten flat-screen TVs, your group will always have something going on at the rental. You can easily prepare a nice family meal in My Beach House’s kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and access to a grill. You can be sure that plenty of fond memories will be created here.
Being near the beach can be messy, but My Beach House tries to aid you as best it can with its outdoor shower. No longer will you have to worry about bringing back sandy feet and boogie boards from the beach. You have a washer and dryer that makes packing light very easy. When you reserve My Beach House, you will be close to everything you will need for a memorable vacation. This beach house is close enough to the ocean that your family can easily walk to the wide, sandy beach. Or if you prefer, rent a golf cart and be in the sand in just a couple of minutes. Enjoy your favorite book or podcast in the Carolina room or the screened-in porch. All of this and more are part of your vacation at My Beach House.
