This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

With its five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, this remarkable home will accommodate up to 26 people. There is a place for everyone! Enjoy a movie together on one of the 7 flatscreen TVs, hook up to the free WIFI, cool off in the central heating and air, and keep your clothes looking fresh in the washer and dryer. Outside is a private outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub. The saltwater pool is softer on your eyes and skin, so the whole family will enjoy spending time here. The pool can be heated in April, May, September, and October for a fee.
But don't spend all your time inside this luxurious home! Take just a few steps away from Living Coastal, and you will find your toes sinking into the warm sand of the Grand Strands 60 mile stretch of beach. Loved the house met with the owners, it was a pleasure to talk to them and get to know them. We loved that they came to check on us while we were here and make sure we were happy with everything. Had one issue and the home owner was on top of it to get it fixed. Great customer service all the way around
Beautiful home! We are already planning to stay again next year. Loved having private pool and hot tub. Gas grill by the pool area. The elevator was a great surprise! Quick walk across the street to the Ocean. You can see the Ocean from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Perfect home for family vacation ❤️
This beach house was perfect for our family. A lot of room for everyone. We loved the pool and hot tub. The elevator was very helpful as well. We look forward to staying here again next year!
This house was amazing perfect location. Great amount of dishes and cups could use some more pans but otherwise OUTSTANDING. Pool and hot tub were perfect.
The house is very nice. We jave stayed there twice. The pool is amazing. It is equipped with plenty of dishes and cups, but could use some more pots and pans and serving bowls. The king sized beds are firm.
We loved our stay. The house was lovely and had every convenience. Our grandkids loved the pool and jacuzzi. It was a short walk to the beach and convenient to shopping. We are looking forward to going again next year. Some of the beds could be upgraded. The rest of the house was very modern and up to date.
