This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
At Living Beach 2, a house vacation rental in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach, an oceanfront location gives you a starting point for planning time away. This house has 7 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Living Beach 2 sleeps 24 guests. The property has a pool and a spa. The spa is heated, but the pool is not. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 24-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. The game room adds an activity option without making every part of the visit an outing. It is a place to include some shared play in your vacation schedule. The balcony has an oceanfront view, giving you a place to pause and take in the water between the other parts of your day. The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. We enjoyed a fantastic week at Living Beach 2. The property was clean and well equipped and the elevator was a great help in this big house. Plenty of big windows and nice deck seating! The pool and hot tub were favorites.
This is a beautiful, comfortable home with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the pier.

Overall it is a wonderful house. We loved the room set up and cleanliness. Having 2 refrigerator and dishwashers was a gift! Being able to walk out to the beach was great. Furniture was in great condition and there was ample seating
Beautiful home - Wonderful location. Plenty of room for large family allowing everyone their private space but room for all to be together to make memories together. Loved sitting out on the back deck and watching the ocean.
Might think about replacing pots and pans with stainless steel.
Beautiful home fantastic location- steps away from the beach! Easily accommodated our large family. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were updated very nice. The kitchen appliances need some TLC.
