This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The Katydid vacation rental, located in North Myrtle Beach, is the perfect locale for your vacation planning needs. Located across the street from the sandy beach, Katydid has eight bedrooms, four and one half baths. This vacation rental is pet friendly (one pet under 20 pounds with a $300 deposit).
Katydid is a two story vacation rental that offers more amenities and space than most in North Myrtle Beach. Included in this spacious rental are a washer, dryer, two fully equipped kitchens, WIFI, a game room that includes not only a pool table but also four arcade games, and much more. Several dining tables offer guests the opportunity for smaller, intimate meals or larger family style dinners. Just outside your back door is a swimming pool (can be heated Mar-May and Sept-Oct for a fee) with a separate hot tub located on a vast paver deck. A fence surrounds the outdoor pool area and is equipped with child safety latches, for peace of mind. Just a short walk from Katydid is the glorious sandy beach of North Myrtle Beach. Swim in the Atlantic Ocean and build sandcastles while the sun graces your skin or stare at the stars while listening to the waves crash along the shore.
Just minutes away from Katydid, North Myrtle Beach offers many family friendly attractions, plenty of shopping, thrilling water activities, and, of course, the numerous golf courses that North Myrtle Beach is famous for. With all that Katydid has to offer, it will be easy to reserve for a vacation, but certainly hard to leave behind.

The house was very nice. It is roomy and functional for a large group. There is a public beach entrance right across the street for easy access to the the beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect!
