This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Each of the Jolly Mon bedrooms is lovingly decorated to immerse you in the North Myrtle Beach cottage feel. While staying in the master bedroom, you can fall asleep each night and awaken in the morning to the breathtaking view of the waves crashing along the Atlantic Ocean. For a more private feel, two of the Jolly Mon bedrooms are located in the detached suite just a few steps away from the main house.

The Jolly Mon has a full kitchen, large dining table, and spacious living areas. Located just several steps down from the expansive sundeck, the Jolly Mon features a refreshing and delightful pool. Surrounding the pool is a hot tub, a fenced yard, charcoal grill, picnic table, and plenty of seating to soak up the sun and relax in. WIFI, a washer, dryer, and many more amenities are included in this  vacation destination.
