Avg. Rating:A few age and maintenance things such as doors, cabinets, loose or not 100 percent functioning things as expected with an older home. But we loved the house layout and all the open space under the house and ramp and dock. And laundry room space. It worked well for use as kayakers.
We enjoyed staying at High Tide for our family vacation. We enjoyed fishing every day off the private dock, the walk to beach was quick, The house was clean, we had to sweep a little bit when we got there but we are at the beach, and no matter how many times we swept, mopped and vacuumed before we left , I would see more sand. The air broke the 3rd day but Elliott Realty sent someone out that day to fix it. We would definitely stay there again.
High Tide is a great place for a quiet get-away. The house has everything we needed for fun and relaxation.
