This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. Hidden Gem is pet-friendly. Keep the 8-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation. The balcony offers a channel view. Leave a little room in your schedule to enjoy that outlook and a pause outside between the other parts of your day. An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day.
You will find a Roku player and Roku streaming capability. Outdoor spaces include a covered porch with channel view. Outdoor amenities include a grill. Leave some time for a meal or a break outside as part of your visit. Recreation features include cornhole. It is another way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. You will find polywood patio table and chairs. Motorcycles allowed.
Leave a little time for the balcony, too. A quiet break outside or a conversation with someone in your group can be just as enjoyable as the day’s bigger plans. Super close proximity to walk to the beach and nature preserve. Also loved the multiple decks with views of the water inlet. Lots of bird viewing.
It’s a Beautiful home ,with plenty of room for our party of 5 plus our fur baby! It’s “hidden” for sure, kind of hard to fine directly behind another house. Parking may be good for someone with tiny vehicles but with trucks and SUV’s it’s almost Impossible! However with all of that, the house is nice , the kitchen is set up wonderfully , with lots of pots and pans for cooking. The fridge worked great, the ice maker was a plus for our little cooler! Washer and dryer came in handy and worked great! We were worried about the high ceilings and so many windows that the house would be hard to cool but it wasn’t ,the air works perfectly! Overall we had a great week, if we had small vehicles we would probably rent again!

We had a relaxing stay and a wonderful week close to the beach. Elliott’s was responsive and very easy to deal with and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay again
