This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

But you will find several bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, close proximity to the beachfront, shopping and dining and an outdoor pool that is all yours! Fins Up is a ground level beach house with four bedrooms and three full baths! Imagine bringing along some cousins, your neighbors or your golf foursome on this getaway to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Reserve Fins Up and you will have the space to do just that. The kitchen features full-size appliances and even a dishwasher. There are seating nooks scattered throughout the downstairs level of this beach house. Several flatscreen CCTVs, DVD players, a Bluray player and WFI combine to give you some plugged in opportunities during this beach getaway. And to unplug completely you can retreat to the private, fenced in pool that is right out the back door of Fins Up.
The beach house is just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean where you can spend hours soaking in the sun, swimming in the surf and combing the sand for shells.
Golf courses are plentiful in the North Myrtle Beach area and only minutes away from this beach house rental so bring your golf clubs. Dining is a sport as there are more than 1,500 restaurants around so choosing can be difficult. Shopping at the beach includes outlet malls, consignment stores and grand shopping centers. Take your pick! And amusements and attractions are too numerous to count and include water sports, live entertainment theatres, zip line adventures and thrill rides.
