This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
If you are looking for a place to vacation, look no further. Davis Cottage is located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and it is close enough to the beach but far enough that you can avoid all the busy activity of the city. That does not mean you will be too far from the many exciting amusements and attractions North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has to offer. Some of these exciting places include waterparks, museums, casinos and an amusement park. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and many places to shop.
Davis Cottage is perfect for a large family vacation and boasts many amenities that will make you feel right at home. This spacious two story vacation house has a large living room with a fireplace and flatscreen CCTV, a dining room with an outside view and a large kitchen with an island and a Keurig coffeemaker. This rental contains four bedrooms and three and one half baths. There are flatscreen CCTVs and DVD player so feel free to bring along some of your favorite movies to enjoy during your stay. Also provided for your use and convenience is WIFI, and a washer and dryer.
Outside Davis Cottage is a large porch and a balcony with patio furniture. Grab a cup of coffee, take a step out on the balcony and welcome in the morning. The trees that surround this house are simply gorgeous and add to the beauty of house and the area. Spend some time taking in the sun in the privacy of your rental before heading over to the beach for a swim, which is located less than one block away from this rental.
Of course enjoying fun in the sun on the beach is not where the fun stops. There are so many attractions in which to partake; you and the crew will have a time trying to figure out what to do next. North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is the place to be so book your next vacation here and come enjoy the amusements, attractions and Davis Cottage. This is sure to be a vacation to remember.
