Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Make time for Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach at Coastal Serenity, a house vacation rental that brings a location beyond the second row into your vacation plans. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Coastal Serenity sleeps 14 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. Keep the 14-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. With 3 bedrooms, it helps to agree on sleeping arrangements before you arrive. The maximum occupancy is 14 guests, so keep that number alongside the bedroom count when deciding who will join the trip and how everyone will share the accommodation.
Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation. Interior details include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and LVP flooring. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill. Leave some time for a meal or a break outside as part of your visit. The living room has a 55-inch TV. You will also find Keurig. Features include jacuzzi tub in primary bath. Recreation features include cornhole boards. It is another way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. It is a short walk to beach and stores. The property was newly remodeled.
A game together can be a simple way to bring everyone back to the same activity after a day of different plans. Everything was as described and or better. Check-in office was literally walking distance from the house. They were super responsive and provided plenty of reminders for trash pick-ups. There?s a grocery store basically next door that?s open until 12am so you dont need to load up on snacks before you drive out, save the space and buy when you get there. If you like pizza stop by Babaka?s Pizzeria also walking distance from the house. House was great plenty of space for our group of 11. You forget you?re at an Airbnb, it honestly felt like home. Would definitely book again next year
Rental was exactly as mentioned in the add. Property was very clean and fresh smelling. Location is excellent, walking distance to the beach and stores.
The house was lovely. Minutes to the beach, a stone throw to the grocery store and restaurants. 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean, neat, and well stocked.
The house is just as pictured and described. Beautiful decor through out. Across the street from the big grocery store. Sorry, I can’t remember the name. 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I hidden gem!
This house at the beach was great! We have been to Cherry Grove many times for vacation and found this one last minute. The house was very clean and nice! Had many amenities you don’t see sometimes in rentals. From every kitchen utensil and appliance you could need, to the shower with the with the blue tooth speaker. The cornhole boards were nice to use also. The location is great! Walking distance to the beach and to our favortive grocery store Boulineau's. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to stay at this home again! It is a great spot all around.
