This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

You are still close enough to the beautiful South Carolina beach for lingering morning walks or a play day with the kids building sandcastles or watching for dolphins; maybe even the thrill of parasailing. In addition, you are sure to appreciate an outside shower for rinsing sandy toes when you return from the beach.
Whether you are planning a spur of the moment reunion or you are getting together with friends for a golf vacation, Coast Awhile features central heat and air for year round comfort.
