This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Chase puts an oceanfront location on your vacation agenda at this house in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Chase sleeps 20 guests. Chase is pet-friendly. For a group of up to 20, those accommodation details give you a clear starting point for organizing the stay and deciding who will share bedrooms.
After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. A house stay lets you make your own plans for time together. Decide which days you want to organize in advance and which you would rather leave open. The aim is to choose a pace that works for the people sharing the trip, with time to enjoy one another’s company.
From the balcony, the view is oceanfront. It adds a reason to linger for a while rather than fill every moment of your visit with an activity. The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. We enjoyed our stay. Love the ocean view and the porch. Will definitely want to stay here again!
We have really enjoyed our stay. The back deck is so nice and extra large. The house is very comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. The location is just what we wanted away from the crowds. It would be nice to have a table and a couple of chaise loungers on the deck, but overall very satisfied!
My guest and I enjoyed our stay it was quiet and convenient to shopping areas. Over all it was great.
Really enjoyed staying here. Lots of room and a short drive to lots of shopping and great restaurants!
Family Gathering
We had the best time in this beautiful home, we will come back for sure to rent this home, its very quiet and nice location. We love Elliott Realty and its all we use for our vacation needs.
One of the nicest places we have had. Convenient to the beach and all necessities. Place is clean and very conveniently all the kitchen cupboards and light switches are marked to find things easily. Seems like fresh paint and improvements being made. No hesitation to come back.
