This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Build a visit around a channel-view balcony at Channel Cat, a house vacation rental in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Channel Cat sleeps 14 guests. The house is in a channel location. The property has a 12X26 pool that can be heated or chilled for a fee. Keep the 14-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.

After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. The balcony offers a channel view. Leave a little room in your schedule to enjoy that outlook and a pause outside between the other parts of your day. A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day.

The washer and dryer let you handle laundry where you are staying. You can wash a small load as needed rather than building your whole packing list around the length of the trip. Interior details include granite countertops. You will also find 7 flat-screen TV. Features include beautiful view and a floating dock and channel-side deck. You will find 2 living rooms. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill. Leave some time for a meal or a break outside as part of your visit. The property also offers 4th bathroom that is detached.

You do not have to be on the go all day to enjoy your vacation. Take a break on the balcony, catch up with your traveling companions, and give yourself time to enjoy the view before heading into the next part of the day. Make Channel Cat part of your next beach vacation, and enjoy some well-earned time together.

Please Note:  We rent to families only.
House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
