We were greeted upon arrival by Rich. He was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. We could not have asked for a better host. Our group consisted of four generations ages 8 months to 85 years. This was a wonderful place to stay we were within walking distance of the beach, we had a pool with a good sized deck along with a dock from which some family members enjoyed fishing. Upstairs we had a nice balcony with a table where family frequently gathered for morning and evening coffee and conversations. The pool was a wonderful place to spend the afternoon or evening after a day at the beach. The interior was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and most importantly CLEAN. Thank you Rich for sharing your wonderful home!
We are really enjoying our stay so far! The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything has met our expectations, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Cleaning was great
We really enjoyed our visit. It was quiet and relaxing. I had a problem with the ceiling fan and they came out that same day and fixed it.
We loved the location. The house was neat and updated. The pool was great and the channel view was so peaceful. Would have rated it 5 stars but as another reviewer stated, the mattresses were very firm.
