This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Ocean Drive, North Myrtle Beach is the setting for Beach Life, a house vacation rental whose appeal begins with an oceanfront location. This house has 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Beach Life sleeps 32 guests. The property has a 16X36 pool with a 6 foot tanning ledge and is heated Mar-Sept for a fee. For a group of up to 32, those accommodation details give you a clear starting point for organizing the stay and deciding who will share bedrooms.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation. The property has an elevator. When you are organizing bags for arrival and departure, that is a helpful amenity to have on your planning list. From the balcony, the view is oceanfront. It adds a reason to linger for a while rather than fill every moment of your visit with an activity. The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day.
The game room adds an activity option without making every part of the visit an outing. It is a place to have some shared play in your vacation schedule. This is our fourth year here. Wonderful house, wonderful property. Generally very well maintained. Huge common area that we use a great deal. Very nice pool area, private with easy beach access.
We stayed at the Beach Life. We really enjoyed the large main are for our big group. We also enjoyed the large pool area.

This place is outstanding. We assume you know the front window at the east end of the living room has a crack in it. It certainly does not attract from our enjoyment.
Beautiful, well appointed home - it lived up to the pictures. A great spot for grandparents, children, and grandchildren to enjoy the beach together. Close to activities but felt private and secluded when at the house.

Wow! Elliott Beach Rentals nailed it! Their communication prior to check in was clear and super helpful. The home itself is less than amazing. It is well equipped and whoever they have doing the cleaning, does an exceptional job. Highly recommend. We have rented lots of homes up and down the Carolina coast over the years. This property is the best maintained home we've ever seen. It's almost as if we we're the first family that rented this home.
My family and I booked Elliott Rentals beach life home in north Myrtle beach. From check in to check out the staff at Elliott were awesome. We had a minor issue with a tub drain and one of the owners called and made sure it was repaired for my special needs son. The home is absolutely gorgeous and is huge! We will come back next year and will definitely have Elliott Rentals find us an amazing house.

Beautiful location and nice house layout.
Overall our stay was great! The owners could update and replace the outdoor pool furniture. Not a huge issue but it was significantly worn down from the 3 years since we had been there. The home slept all 14 of us very well. Kitchen is huge and love the long dining table so we can all eat together. I love renting from Elliott because they have a system in place that moves quickly and efficiently.
Great place, nice views. Would recommend! Wish hot tub was heated better, but overall a nice place and well taken care off.
