This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Choose your own vacation rhythm in Atlantic Beach at Bailey's Lighthouse, a house vacation rental with an oceanfront location. This house has 7 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 22-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day. With a game room among the amenities, there is a reason to leave some time open at the property. Make room for a game between the other parts of your day. The balcony has an oceanfront view, giving you a place to pause and take in the water view. A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day.
A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The property has an elevator. When you are organizing bags for arrival and departure, that is a helpful amenity to have on your planning list. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill. Leave some time for a meal or a break outside as part of your visit. You will find a Keurig drip or pod option coffee maker. Recreation features include pool table, poker table, ping pong table and board games. These are a way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. Bailey’s Lighthouse is perfect. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 9 adults and 4 small children. The pool area is superb, hot tub, grill, bar, ping pong, lots of lounge furniture. The 4th floor has a pool table and fantastic views from the balcony. All bedrooms are amazingly comfortable and spacious. Our expectations were exceeded! We hope to return!

Enjoyed our stay, great spot on the beach. The house was exceptional. Lot of steps but I guest good exercise.
The house was beautiful and clean as was the hot tub however, the mattress in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor was uncomfortable and we were without working remotes for a couple of days. I loved the house and would stay there again. Also, the gifted cake was a delicious surprise.

We loved the home. The decor, the large kitchen , the amazing outdoor spaces. We played ping pong and enjoyed the pool morning and night. All the bedrooms were lovely and big showers.. We also really enjoyed the top floor for pool. Love the cake.
