This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This is an oceanfront house with a pool that can be heated Oct-May for a fee. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 16-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation. With 5 bedrooms, it helps to agree on sleeping arrangements before you arrive. So keep the maximum occupancy in mind when deciding who will join the trip and how everyone will share the accommodation.
An oceanfront balcony view is a distinctive part of the stay. Leave some time in your plans simply to enjoy that outlook. An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day. This is the 2nd year in a row staying at Bailey’s Blue. Our family had a fantastic time, and the house is in an excellent location. The grandkids love the pool as an alternative to the beach. The renovation in the pool area was excellent with the wall being taken down and the grill and refrigerator added. Really appreciate the cake upon arrival. Already looking at booking for next year.
The house was built to great standards. Everything was beautifully decorated. Best part of this property is the pool area. The stairs are a little steep on the front and back of the house. Could use an elevator for elderly. Overall I would rate this house 4.25 stars. I also thought it was very thoughtful of the owners to leave that delicious cake.
The home is beautiful, and of course the location is great. Home was very clean when we arrived.
This place was great. Perfect location as far as beach access and away from beach crowds. Me and my family had a great time and made great memories. Noticed scuff paint on walls in rooms. Notified Elliott Realty.
Great place. Clean but some of the trim in the bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint. Great for families and easy access to the beach. Pool is awesome. Overall it was a very nice place and we would recommend it to any family.
We loved the layout of the house, the pool and the beach area! Beach access was very easy. The house fit us perfectly! The welcome cake from the owner was an extra treat.
The home was exactly what I thought it would be. A great space for all of us to gather and hang out. The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach. We all loved the home and its amazing rooms - I would happily rent this gome again.
Everything was great!! We have had a wonderful stay! Love this house and loved cake the homeowner gave us. We will be rebooking again.
