Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
With an oceanfront location, Avista Pointe B brings a specific reason to consider this house vacation rental in Crescent Beach, North Myrtle Beach. Avista Pointe B has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and sleeps 32 guests. Avista Pointe B has a shared pool and hot tub. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 32-guest capacity sets the size of your group.

Location was great! On the beach and close to restaurants and stores.
We loved the place
Have rented through Elliott many times through the years. As usual, our most recent experience was excellent. The accommodations were as advertised and the Elliott staff was great to work with - professional, efficient, courteous and readily available. Our Oceanfront rental at Avista was perfect. It is a great resort - oceanfront, abundant pools and hot tubs and easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the horseshoe section of Ocean Drive.

Property and location was great. Elliott Realty was helpful in taking care of all of what we ask of them. I would recommend them and stay again at their property.
