This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Your plans for Atlantic Beach can begin with Allen House, a house vacation rental featuring a balcony with ocean views. Allen House has 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and sleeps 22 guests. This is a second-row house, rather than an oceanfront property. Keep the 22-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. The balcony offers an ocean view. It is a place to take a break without making a separate outing part of your plans. A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation.
An elevator is among the property’s amenities, a useful detail to keep in mind when planning arrival with luggage and everything your group needs for the stay. The location relative to the beach was incredible. Any issues that arose during the stay were addressed promptly
We typically vacation in or very near Cherry Grove, or Surfside, this was our first time staying at Atlantic Beach, we really liked the Allen House, and would definitely stay again if it works out, the neighborhood is quiet, the beaches aren’t overcrowded, and location convenient for where we went. We have used Elliott Realty I believe over twenty years. Allen House was about perfect!

The house is nice, but there are areas where there are fall risks. The transition between the dining and living room has a strip that I've tripped over a few times already. The house is beautiful other than that.

Excellent location and spacious home! Every bedroom has a stunning view of the beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great trip. Highly recommend!
