This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The details of A Block Away begin with a balcony with views and a house vacation rental setting in Crescent Beach, North Myrtle Beach. A Block Away has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms and sleeps 18 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. A Block Away is pet-friendly. Keep the 18-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation.
The balcony is a place to take a break and enjoy. After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill. Leave some time for a meal or a break outside as part of your visit. Recreation features include foosball. It is another way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. You will find a detached laundry room.
Leave a little time for the balcony, too. A quiet break outside or a conversation with someone in your group can be just as enjoyable as the day’s bigger plans. Our stay was quite enjoyable. Would stay again, but it's a different house each visit. Layout is excellent. Love the jack/Jill's. Improvements, downstairs fridge needs replacement. Laundry room needed to be cleaned before usage. Handle at pool was loose and did come out. Overall, great stay and Elliott will always be 1st choice. Thank you.
