Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Absolutely love this place! This is our third year staying here and I can’t say enough wonderful things. The view is incredible. The pool is awesome and the location is fantastic, close to the pier, close to the grocery store and just steps away from the beach. We are already looking to book for next year. Thank you for another wonderful vacation with my family.
Very nice place. Loved the location, pool was great. Beach access would have been better if sand wasn’t piled up at access path, but no fault of the owner or realtor. We had everything we needed. Great experience. Would like to stay here again.

Beautiful home and property.
We stayed at 3 Coconuts from September 6-13, 2025. This is our second time staying there and there are not enough wonderful things to say about this beautiful place. The house is just beautiful, the views are absolutely amazing and the location is perfect. The rental company is incredible. Check in and out was so smooth and easy. They were in contact with me daily about sending reminders for garbage pickup and anything we needed. We had a slight issue with a coffee machine that stopped working and they went out and bought us a new one and was delivered the next day. This place is so awesome and my family and I are already booking a trip for next summer for trip number 3. Cannot wait to get back to our beautiful beach house.

Nice house, great location! Pool was definitely a plus
So far, this is the best house we've rented in Cherry Grove! The owner has paid attention not just to the big things, but the small things as well. The layout is great! We love the ground level bedrooms & bath. The kitchen is large & nicely equipped. The pool has been the best feature, especially with the kids! The details, though, make this place special. Hooks throughout are great for hanging towels & swimsuits. The finishes are beautiful! Then, of course, there's the location: close to the Cherry Grove Pier & right on the beach. We are already planning for our return to this house next year!
Not much room for 5 suv or pickups to park. It's really tight.

The house was nice. Some charm of the way beach houses used to be... not too fancy. Everything worked as it should except the grill. all and all, a great place to stay!

Where do I start. My family and I were there in August, I cannot begin to say how wonderful it was. The view alone from our balcony was just spectacular. So close to the beach, the pier, grocery store, the pool was wonderful. I have never had so much peace there. I would open my window at night and could hear the ocean and it was so wonderful. We are definitely going back next summer. Loved every second there. Cannot wait to go back.
When you picture "Perfect Beach Cottage" in your mind, you're thinking of 3 Coconuts!! We had a great family vacation at 3 Coconuts, Everything about this home is perfect! The layout of great for large groups and the home is well appointed with new appliances, comfortable furniture, a great size pool and your own private beach access. This is a great place to relax and enjoy!!
Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the 3 Coconuts and Elliott Realty taking such good care of us. We had a wonderful time and the place was just perfect for our crowd. Kids and adults had plenty of room and we were very comfortable. Want to go back real soon. This is a great place, and hanging out by the pool is just wonderful.
We really can't express how great our weekend was at the beach!! Three Coconuts completely and totally redeemed our previous experience. The house was lovely, so nicely decorated and just the right size and layout. We loved the pool and pool area and the beach access. And, the check in and check out process was great. Most of all, we appreciated the fact that your company actually stepped up and corrected a situation. That is an extremely rare find these days and we will always check Elliott Realty first when we look for our annual family trip spot. We have actually started our search, just trying to get our rates firmed up with everyone but you have a lot of excellent choices!
Beautiful location, home and we enjoyed it a lot., please add bath mats to the home it would be a great luxury to have instead of using our towels.
This oceanfront house has a nice layout with 2 of the bedrooms downstairs which worked out well for my older kids. Three large bedrooms on main level. Pool was nice and easy walk to beach over dunes. Seating furniture in den could stand for an update.. Great porch overlooking pool and beach with plenty of rocking chairs. Appliances were in good condition.
