This is a family rental property located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

We have stayed at various Elliott properties for 20+ years. We started at ocean front condos. As family and gkids were born we needed to utilize a house and pool within 2 blocks =walk to beach. for previous 5 years we stayed at Ruby Waves in windy hills beach house. Great set up but owners let it run down, Things broken, not fixed , missing little things, dirty, closet doors off tracks, just not maintained. This year we chose Sparks R Flyin. We absolutely loved it. The attention to detail was awesome. Everything worked, well stocked necessities. Location was great. Front and back porches. Ceiling Fans everywhere if needed. Common area perfect. TV's in all room, all working remotes. Huge kitchen. Fantastic pool set up. Highly Recommend

Our families loved all aspects of the house and outside accommodations. The house was very clean and well laid out for privacy as well as togetherness. Downstairs made a perfect hang out for our teenagers while the adults and toddlers had plenty of space on the second floor. While the house is not on the ocean, it did offer quick and easy access to the beach yet another great feature of this house. We really do not have any complaints but do have a thought for future guests. The days of trash pick up were communicated clearly but knowing a window of time for those days would be helpful. It generally ran 7:30AM to 9:00AM. We truly enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone.
Stayed here with 14 ppl total- 3 families and grandparents. Space is perfect! An amazing backyard, well equipped kitchen, and a 3 minute walk t the beach! We stayed 6 nights, they cleaned the pool half way through our stay and Elliot management texted to check I through out our stay. Only thing in my opinion lacking was a full length mirror and a few extra pillows woukd have been nice. Would definitely book this house again!

Had the pleasure of spending another March at 1 Sparks R Flying…..Not disappointed at all. This propert has it all, spacious, well appointed interior. Very comfortable bedding and well equipped kitchen. Outside…putting green, heated pool, with basketball and volley ball nets. Also in the “toy chest, bowling, and a ping pong table under the outdoor TV. Not that you need TV with so much going on here, but there is one in every room. Did I forget to mention, the Atlantic is but 2 rows down and can be viewed from the primary bedroom as well as the spacious front deck that has numerous seating options. Great people watching venue with an afternoon beverage. The owners have thought of everything to make this an exceptional vacation home.

This by far was the best house we have rented as a family. We met the owners, who took extra steps to make us feel welcome and were so kind. The house is absolutely wonderful and spacious. The toys and games provided were as much fun for the adults as they were for the kids. We will be booking this house again.

I truly recommend staying at this wonderful home. This home is perfect for a wonderful time at the beach. The house is just like the pictures, beautiful and well designed. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay.

The house is very well equipped from the kitchen, bedrooms and outdoor space. Fantastic pool with every outdoor toy you can think of. Easy access to the beach, airport and numerous restaurants and grocery stores. This is definitely the place to vacation in North Myrtle Beach. Can’t wait to come back.
Great house for our family, as we were in Myrtle Beach for a basketball tournament.
This vacation home was perfect for our group. We loved having a pool to ourselves, the floats & pool toys were perfect for the little ones. Having a grill on site was great because we love to grill out & was able to watch the football game on the outside TV. The house was a short walk to the beach which was great with little ones they were tired from the walk. Within a day or two we knew our way around the neighborhood & the stores were close by. For the house... soooo many light switches it took us almost a week to figure out which switch worked for which lights. Other than that we LOVED it!
This house is perfect in every way. It’s large enough for the entire family and stocked well with everything (dishes etc.) you’ll need to feed an army. The house is closer to the beach then I originally thought. It made it easy for those that chose to spend their mornings on the beach. The pool in the yard was the icing on the cake!! The living room was large enough for all of us to sit around and watch a movie at night. I’ve rented homes on the beach for the past twenty years. I was nervous not being Beach front but it was well worth it. This is one of the nicest homes I’ve rented. I’m looking forward to coming back!
Due to a leak in our own home, we needed a new house 4 days before vacation. This house had no reviews and no images on google Earth, we were hesitant but so glad we booked it. The house was amazing with 4 kings upstairs and 2 queens/a full kitchen downstairs, the pool was warm and loved by everyone, and lots of indoor/outdoor seating for our party of 14. The beach access was amazing with restrooms, handicap accessible point so no stairs for wagons or beach equipment, beach wasn't crowded when we went
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for all, convenient to the beach, and the outdoor area was great for grilling and relaxing by the pool!! Definitely hope to visit here again in the future!

Once a year, our three children and their children which are all adults now, rent a house during October to enjoy each other and give a final salute to summer. Fourteen of us stayed in this house and all of us had plenty of room. The young adults declared this house the best ever. The ping-pong table, the cornhole, the pool and games and easy access to the beach was perfect. We hope to stay here again.
