Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Time together in Crescent Beach, North Myrtle Beach starts with the details at 1 Precious Memory, a house vacation rental with a pet-friendly stay. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 1 Precious Memory sleeps 14 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. 1 Precious Memory is pet-friendly. The property has a pool. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 14-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. A house stay lets you make your own plans for time together. Decide which days you want to organize in advance and which you would rather leave open. The aim is to choose a pace that works for the people sharing the trip, with time to enjoy one another’s company.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. Interior details include stainless steel appliances and wood flooring. Features include fenced pool deck. The pool is 20x12-4ft deep. You will also find a full outside bathroom by pool. The pet restriction is under 30 pounds.
It is nice to include your pet in the vacation plans rather than leave that familiar company behind. Enjoy the time together, settle into your own routine, and leave a little room for the simple moments that make a trip feel special. When it’s time for a beach vacation, we’d love for you to spend it with us at 1 Precious Memory..
Please Note: We rent to families only.
House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.

Guest Reviews
Beautiful property
This was a perfect rental for a bigger family.
The house is nice and a great location.
We recently stayed at 1 Precious Memory this past week for a family vacation. August 3rd through the 10th. We booked this location for its Luxury Rental listing as well as it’s location near the beach and things to do. Our family of 9 had plenty of space and the location was perfect.
Overall great house, wonderful location. Everything was exactly as advertised, nice place we had a wonderful time
House has four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms with private baths, 2 that share a jack n jill bath and another bath (uncooled) at the pool area. All appliances were in working order (dryer seemed to have a hard time drying loads of towels). The house is newer and most everyone slept ok in the beds. The pool is smaller (and 4 foot deep), but it was nice to have. There are a few little grassy areas for your dogs to go potty. The beach was truly a five minute walk straight down the street. It’s a beautiful beach and we were able to go everyday. We will come back
