This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
In Crescent Beach, North Myrtle Beach, 1 Beachy Dream is a house vacation rental with a pool at the heart of its appeal. With 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, 1 Beachy Dream sleeps 18 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The property has a pool. Keep the 18-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. Interior details include stainless steel appliances. Outdoor amenities include a Weber gas grill and cornhole. Leave some time for a meal or a break outside as part of your visit.
Outdoor spaces include an outdoor sitting area with TV. Make room in the day to pause outside between your other plans. There is a half bathroom by outdoor pool. The half bathroom has AC and heat. Recreation features include putting green and shuffleboard. It is another way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. There is turf in the front and backyard. The pool has a basketball hoop, adding a game to your time in the water. A volleyball set for the pool adds another option for playing together. Audio and entertainment details include surround sound inside and out. There are 2 full kitchens. That gives your group more than one kitchen to use during the stay. Recreation features include ping pong table. It is another way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. Audio and entertainment details include surround sound and movie room. The pool is 4.5 feet deep. The pool is heated March-April and November for a fee.

This is our 2nd year at 1 Beachy Dream and we just love this house. It was truly a vacation for our family and friends. We were able to enjoy the outside area, day and night, and the kitchens were well equipped to make meals together for a large group. I have only positive things to say about this house. It was an amazing week.
The place is amazing. This is our second time staying at this property and won’t be our last. Our family loves the amenities especially the pool and TV room. The location is ideal if you want to just relax and steps away from the beach. All attractions are short drives in a golf cart or by car . E. The house is furnished with quality furniture and with great tastes . We greatly appreciate the well kept outside bathroom and side area for our older guests. My kids and my sisters kids love it here and always talk about it . We would recommend it to everyone.

We have vacationed in Myrtle for many years now and 1 Beachy Dream was our best stay yet. The house is beautiful, inside and out. We loved the outdoor space, so many activities and it made for a great week all around.
1 Beachy Dream everything you could possibly want or need for an awesome vacation. Exceptionally well furnished and equipped property and a huge widescreen movie theater with reclining movie seats.
We loved this home!! Our family had 3 generations on this vacation. It had something for everyone. The owners have provided a perfect home for the family. We hope to be coming back next year!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this house. It was truly beyond our expectations and the perfect place for a getaway with our friends! This house is absolutely amazing and literally has everything you need while on vacation! One block from the gorgeous beach and coming back to the in ground pool was a home-run everyday! Beds were quite comfortable and the home movie theater was a family favorite! Can’t wait to book again!

Amazing home! One of the best I've ever stayed in, and very well maintained. Home was as pictured. Pool is wonderful. We had one issue with the pool while we were there, but Elliott Realty was responsive and was able to get someone out right away to remedy the issue. The home is within walking distance to the beach and many activities in the area! Highly recommend the Polynesian Luau and Fire Show. We will be back!
We had a great time with our family! Kids loved the beach and when we got back we used the pool! The best part was the movie room and shuffleboard. Gave us and the kids something to look forward to when it was raining or when some downtime was needed. We also enjoyed watching golf outdoors while we practice putting! We will definitely be back!
