Welcome!

For your safety, please check the smoke detectors and fire extinguishers in your property. To avoid being charged for any damage caused by a prior occupant, please report any failures, damage, or uncleanliness to our office immediately. 

Note: A locked closet means it is for the homeowner's use only. If opened or tampered with, the renter will be charged for any damages or any missing items. 

Prior to departure, all guests are responsible for completing the following: 

• Leave the unit, balconies, and yard in good order.
• Wash the dishes and put them away, or start the dishwasher. 
• Clean the refrigerator, remove all food, and reset it to medium.
• Empty trash cans.
• Place all bagged garbage by the street or inside the condo dumpster.
• If you rented linens that were provided in a laundry bag upon your arrival, place those linens back in the provided laundry bag upon your departure. 
• Please keep ALL linens in the property - do not place outside, in hallways, or down linen chutes.
• Leave mattress pads and comforters on beds.
• Close all windows and doors and turn off lights.
• Do not turn off air conditioners. Set A/C to 73, or Heat to 55.
• Check once again for all of your personal belongings. (We are not responsible for personal items left in unit.)
• Please return your key, pool bands, fobs, key cards, and/or hard parking tags to your check-in office upon checkout. If you completed a self-check-in and these items were provided in the unit, please leave them in the unit upon departure.

If your Confirmation or Registration form does not include Departure Maid Service, you are responsible for completing the following additional items: 

• Clean the kitchen, including the microwave, stove, and oven.
• Clean the bathrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors as appropriate.
• Sweep all porches, balconies, and steps.

Your unit will be inspected by our professional cleaners after your departure. Should we find that you have missed any of your responsibilities listed above, the unit will be cleaned, and a cleaning fee may be charged to your credit card we have on file.
